   Virginia Beach: First Landing State Park
   Dogs on a leash are allowed on unguarded portions of the beach with documentary evidence of rabies vaccination (required in Virginia Beach).

   Virginia Beach Public Beaches
   Dogs are allowed on the beach prior to Memorial Day, after Labor Day, and between those days prior to 10 a.m. and after 6 p.m.
