   Brigantine Beach
   From October 1 to May 29, dogs are allowed on the beach provided they are on a leash, not longer than 6 feet. Dog feces must be removed. Dogs are allowed on the North-End Beach any time, but same rules apply.

   Cape May: Cape May Point State Park
   Dogs on a leash no longer than 6 feet are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from October to April.

   Cape May: Higbee Beach Wildlife Management Area
   Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach throughout the year.

   Long Beach Island: Barnegat Light Beach
   Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from October 2 through April 30.

   Manasquan: Fisherman’s Cove
   Fisherman’s Cove is the last undeveloped tract on the Manasquan Inlet where dogs are allowed off-leash year round. In the town of Manasquan dogs are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from November 1 to March 31.

   Mantoloking
   Dogs on a leash are allowed on beaches between May 15 and October 1 only between sunrise and 8am and from 6pm to sunset, but are not permitted any time on the Lyman Street beach access way or in the North Lagoon area. From October 2 to May 14 dogs are allowed on beaches and access ways off-leash.

   Sea Girt
   Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from October 1 through April 30. Dogs are not permitted on the boardwalk.

   Seaside Park: Island Beach State Park
   Island Beach State Park is a narrow barrier island stretching for 10 miles between the Atlantic Ocean and Barnegat Bay. Dogs on a leash are allowed on the non-recreational beaches year round. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, dogs are prohibited from the two bathing areas of the beach, which are clearly marked.

   Ship Bottom
   Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from October 1 through April 30.

   Ocean City
   Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from October 1 through April 30. Dogs are not allowed at any time of the year on the Boardwalk or any platform or ramp associated.

   Stone Harbor
   Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach only during the off-season, from Oct. 1 through May 31.

   Ventnor City
   During the times of October 1st through May 15th, dogs may be walked on a leash only on the areas of beach washed by the high tideline. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from May 15 through September 30th.
